The 7th Street Theatre is the best place to catch yesterday’s blockbusters – greats like Indiana Jones, Ghostbusters, Casablanca, and more.  We also produce an annual Young Artist Showcase featuring local young artists.  You can also see  live concerts, like the Hoquiam High School Music Department seasonal concerts.  Miss Grays Harbor and Miss Outstanding Teen Pageants are held at the 7th Street Theatre every February.  The Hoquiam High School Drama Department also presents a musical production early each year.  Dance and ballet performances and recitals also grace our stage.  Perhaps you’d like to rent the theatre for your concert, recital, or even a wedding. Our theatre is staffed by volunteers, if you would like to join us fill out this form.

Every summer the 7th Street Kids, a separate organization,  produces a kid-powered musical performance. Sign up for your email newsletter so you won’t miss a thing.

McQ (1974)

In Seattle, early one morning, two uniformed police officers, and plainclothesman Stan Boyle, are found shot. The two uniformed officers died of their wounds. Boyle's partner, Lt. Lon McQ, is certain local hood Manuel Santiago is behind these killings, especially after a known hit man, employed by Santiago, tries to kill McQ. Defying the orders of his superior, Captain Ed Kosterman, McQ tails Santiago. After confrontations with both Santiago and Kosterman, and despite the sympathy of city councilman Franklin Toms, McQ enlists the help of private detective "Pinky" Farrell, and soon becomes involved in a major narcotics deal - one that blows up in the face of both McQ and Santiago and that leads to the discovery of a stunning secret for McQ.

When "the dude" Lebowski is mistaken for a millionaire Lebowski, two thugs urinate on his rug to coerce him into paying a debt he knows nothing about. Student Orchestras of Greater Olympia

A special musical experience and presentation for the local schools.

The SOGO Academy Orchestra is a full orchestra of over 50 members playing string, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments. The Academy Orchestra is one of three full orchestras and a brass choir that make up the SOGO program engaging over 160 students from over 30 schools from a 4 county area.

Our 2024 Runout Concert has a little something for everyone:

  • Brasstastico, Mark Thome - a brass fanfare featuring local HS brass players

  • An American Rhapsody, Richard Meyer

Dejected by his efforts to raise money to build a cathedral, Bishop Henry Brougham (David Niven) beseeches heaven for guidance, and is visited immediately by Dudley (Cary Grant), who claims to be an angel. Henry is skeptical, then annoyed when Dudley ingratiates himself into the household as his assistant -- and worse, wins the attentions of Henry's long-suffering and kindly wife (Loretta Young). When Dudley continues to intervene in Henry's struggles, the bishop decides to challenge heaven.

Buddy (Will Ferrell) was accidentally transported to the North Pole as a toddler and raised to adulthood among Santa's elves. Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn't fit in, the adult Buddy travels to New York, in full elf uniform, in search of his real father. As it happens, this is Walter Hobbs (James Caan), a cynical businessman. After a DNA test proves this, Walter reluctantly attempts to start a relationship with the childlike Buddy with increasingly chaotic results.
