It’s 1850s Oregon. When the eldest of seven backwoods brothers (Howard Keel) returns home from town with a bride (Jane Powell), both Mr. and Mrs. are in for a surprise

Millie is shocked to learn that her new home includes six untamed, unkempt and uncouth brothers-in-law. Her efforts to turn the six brothers into gentlemen inspire them to find wives of their own. That leads to an all-out, singing, dancing, Wild West battle of the sexes.

Starring Howard Keel and Jane Powell.

Nominated for five Academy Awards including Best Picture, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers remains one of the greatest musicals ever filmed.

Locally sponsored by Coleman Mortuary, Inc., Hoquiam Senior Citizen Center Board, Ray Kahler and Callie White, The Pasha Group, Wunderland Childcare, Alpha Media Grays Harbor, and Jodesha Broadcasting.
