Renting the Theatre

The 7th Street Theatre is a unique, beautiful venue for any occasion. And it's available for select members of our community. By renting the 7th Street Theatre, you'll have access to an amazing acoustic setting, a state-of-the-art sound system, and the Pacific Northwest's only remaining atmospheric theatre! We also have available several other benefits:

Six spacious dressing rooms
40-channel Allen & Heath mixing console
Professional grade JBL speakers for live sound
Dolby surround sound for films
Clear-Com system
Stage lighting system and two spots
997 seats
36' X 24' hardwood stage
36' X 7' (at its deepest) orchestra pit

Although renting the theatre is a straightforward process, each request is handled by our board. It's a three step process:

1	Contact us, and let us know how you plan to use the theatre;
2	Once you're approved, we'll set up any resources you need;
3	Host your event
